Refund Policy

At Appicker, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality software licenses at discounted prices. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to request a refund. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. General Policy

Software licenses are digital products, and as such, they are generally non-refundable after purchase. However, we recognize that certain circumstances may warrant a refund, and we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refund requests may be considered in the following scenarios:

  • 2.1. Unshipped License: If your license has not yet been shipped, you may submit a refund request ticket here. Our automated system will cancel the order and issue a refund.
  • 2.2. Incorrect or Inactive License: If you receive an incorrect or inactive license, please provide a screenshot of the issue and send it to [email protected]. We will review your case and, if eligible, issue a refund.
  • 2.3. Vendor or Software Creator’s Policy: For certain software (e.g., CleanMyMac), refunds are possible after ship. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Please email us for confirmation.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • 3.1. Activated Licenses or Vendor Non-Support: If the license has been activated and the vendor does not support refunds, we cannot process a refund.
  • 3.2. Volume or Group Licenses: Licenses reserved under our group or volume licensing agreements are non-refundable. (e.g: 1 device license)

4. Refund Request Process

  • Proof of Purchase (Order Confirmation and Receipt)

Please note that refund requests will only be processed if they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days from the date of receipt. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account or payment method.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via Stripe to your original payment method whenever possible. The time for the refund to appear depends on your bank and Stripe’s processing times, typically 5–10 days. If there are any refund processing fees, we will notify you and deduct them from the refund amount.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

After a refund is issued, you are no longer permitted to use, distribute, copy, or otherwise utilize the license of the software.

8. Legal Disclaimer

This refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or update the terms and conditions at any time. Customers are advised to review the policy regularly for updates.
