At Appicker, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality software licenses at discounted prices. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to request a refund. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. General Policy

Software licenses are digital products, and as such, they are generally non-refundable after purchase. However, we recognize that certain circumstances may warrant a refund, and we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refund requests may be considered in the following scenarios:

  • 2.1. Unused License: If you have not activated or downloaded the software license, you may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • 2.2. Incorrect License or Defective Product: If you received an incorrect software license or a defective product, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • 2.3. Vendor or Software Creator’s Policy: Refunds may be subject to the vendor’s or software creator’s return policy, as we sell discounted software licenses.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • 3.1. Activated or Downloaded Licenses: Once a software license has been activated or downloaded, it is considered used and is non-refundable.
  • 3.2. Discounted Software Licenses: Discounted software licenses are typically non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
  • 3.3. Bulk Purchases or Volume Licensing: Refunds are not available for bulk purchases or volume licensing agreements.

4. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order Number/ID
  • Proof of Purchase (Order Confirmation and Receipt)
  • Reason for Refund Request

Please note that refund requests will only be processed if they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days from the date of receipt. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account or payment method.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method is unavailable or prohibited by the payment processor, we will refund the amount to your personal bank account. Bank charges or fees, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

By requesting a refund, you acknowledge that you do not own the software itself but only the license to use it. You must not distribute, copy, or use the software illegally.
