About CleanMyMac
CleanMyMac is MacPaw's Mac cleaning and maintenance app (formerly CleanMyMac X). It suits anyone who wants to free up disk space, remove apps cleanly and keep a Mac tidy.

How to activate
- Pay for your order. Your redeem code appears on your order page and in your email. You do not need an Appicker account.
- Go to macpaw.com/redeem and enter your redeem code.
- Sign in to your MacPaw Account, or create one if you do not have it yet.
- Click "Go To Account", download CleanMyMac from MacPaw and activate it with the same MacPaw Account.
These steps follow MacPaw's own redeem code guide. If the code does not work, contact us with your order number and a screenshot and we will fix it.
Common questions
Is this an official CleanMyMac license?
Yes. Appicker is an authorized MacPaw reseller, and the codes come directly from MacPaw. You download the app from MacPaw's own website.
What's the difference between the lifetime and the 1-year plan?
The 1 Year plan is a subscription for 1 Mac and includes upgrades while it is active. Life Time Access is a one-time purchase for 1 Mac. It covers updates for the current major version, but MacPaw does not include future major versions in it.
Does the 1 Year plan renew automatically?
No. It is a redeem code, so no card is stored and nothing is charged again. When the 12 months end, MacPaw locks most features until a new plan is active, for example with a new code.
How many Macs can I use it on?
Both plans cover 1 Mac.
Is CleanMyMac X the same app?
CleanMyMac X is the old name. The app is now called CleanMyMac, the current version is 5.x, and it needs macOS 11 or later.
Does MacPaw's 30-day money-back guarantee apply?
That guarantee belongs to purchases made on MacPaw's own website. Codes bought from Appicker follow our refund policy: a delivered code that works cannot be refunded, and a code that does not work is replaced or refunded.
