Terms and Conditions

License Agreement and Restrictions:

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of devices specified in the product description for personal or commercial use.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code. Renting, leasing or redistributing the software is prohibited.
• All intellectual property rights are retained by the original software creators. Appicker is an authorized reseller.

Pricing, Payment and Delivery:

• Software prices are listed along with any applicable taxes/fees. Accepted payment methods are credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
• After payment is processed and validated (which may take some time), you will receive the license key(s) via email along with instructions to download the software from the official website and activate your license.

Refund Policy:

• Software licenses are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if there are strong justifications after confirming the purchase.

Software Updates and Support:

• Software updates will be provided by the original software creators for a period defined in their policies.
• For support relating to the software, you must contact the official support channels of the respective software creator as their policies dictate.

Limitation of Liability:

• Under no circumstances shall Appicker be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from the use or inability to use the software licenses.

Term and Termination:

• This perpetual license agreement remains in effect until terminated. Either party may terminate if the other fails to comply with any term or condition.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore.

By purchasing a license, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which constitute the entire agreement. We reserve the right to modify these terms.
