AOMEI Backupper Server

AOMEI Backupper Server is a Windows program for backing up and recovering Windows Server systems. It backs up a full server, the system state, volumes or specific files, restores to blank or different hardware, syncs folders and clones disks. This is a license for the Server edition, with one license covering 1 server.

Which plan should I choose?

Choose Server if you protect a machine that runs Windows Server. One license covers 1 server, so several servers need several licenses. For business PCs choose Workstation, and for a personal PC choose Professional. For many PCs and servers, or paid service for clients, choose Technician Plus.

What the extra tools mean

• PXE boot tool: starts client computers over your local network, handy for system maintenance.
• Image deploy tool: sends one system image to many computers over the network.
• Portable version: runs AOMEI Backupper from a removable drive on a target computer without installing it.

Lifetime Upgrades or 1 Year?

• Lifetime Upgrades: a one time payment. AOMEI's upgrade policy says customers who bought Lifetime Upgrades get every major upgrade and every latest version for free.
• 1 Year: the code is valid for the plan term and does not renew automatically. Pick it if you only need backups on this server for a year.

Which Windows Server versions does it support?

AOMEI lists Windows Server 2025, 2022, 2019, 2016, 2012 and SBS 2011, including R2 releases, plus Windows 11, 10, 8.1/8 and 7. It is Windows software only.

How many servers does one license cover?

Each license covers 1 server.

Can I restore a server to different hardware?

Yes. AOMEI lists bare metal recovery to a blank disk and Universal Restore to different hardware, including physical to virtual migration (P2V), as Server features.

Does the 1 Year plan renew automatically?

No. A 1 Year code is valid for the term of the plan and does not renew automatically.
